Sign in and find your work
Use the sign-in action in Create or My account. After signing in, My account contains your generations, credits and billing details. Use the same account when returning to previous work.

Complete sign-in in the same browser
Choose an available sign-in method and complete the provider screen. Allow the browser to return to ThumbnailSnap after approval. An interrupted or expired sign-in should be restarted from the site; do not bookmark the provider callback URL.
If sign-in fails, reopen Create and try again in a normal browser tab. Check that cookies are allowed for the site. Never share the temporary callback link, which can contain authentication information.
Find images and transactions
Open My account to review completed and failed jobs, image history and credit activity. If a balance or purchase looks missing, check which account is signed in before making another purchase.
Keep the job or order ID when asking support for help. A screenshot of the error message and the approximate time can help identify the issue without sharing credentials.
Public pages and private work
Help, Blog and the platform guides can be read without signing in. Your account and editor pages are excluded from search indexing. Only publish an image to the community gallery if you intend it to be visible to other visitors.
