Credits and failed generations

Standard images cost 4 credits each and Pro images cost 10. A reference photo adds 2 credits per image; QR content adds another 2. A failed job returns its full deducted cost.

Calculate the batch total

The cost is (quality cost + reference surcharge + QR surcharge) × image count. Two Standard images without extras cost 8 credits. Two Standard images with a reference cost 12 credits. Two Pro images with both extras cost 28 credits.

The amount displayed beside Generate is the total for the batch. Sign-up credits and paid credits use the same cost calculation. See Pricing for current plans and packs.

What happens when a job fails?

Credits are reserved when the generation job is accepted. If the provider fails or the returned batch is incomplete or contains an invalid image, the job is marked failed and its credits are refunded. Reprocessing the same failure does not issue a second refund.

A queued or running job has not failed yet. Avoid repeatedly clicking Generate while waiting: each accepted request is a separate job. Open My account to check generation history and the credit ledger.

An unwanted result is different from a failed request

A valid image can still differ from your creative intent. Successful generation is billed even if you choose not to use the image. Before another attempt, make one specific prompt change. A retry submits a new paid generation; the original result remains in history.

If a failed job has no matching refund, send support its job ID and approximate time. Never include account passwords or payment card details.
