1. The Service
ThumbnailSnap generates images with artificial intelligence from your descriptions and optional reference photos, and lets you add text and export the result. AI output can be unpredictable: it may contain errors, may not match your description and may resemble existing works. Review every image before you publish it.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. One free account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse sign-up bonuses, the Service or other users.
3. Credits
Generating images uses credits. New accounts receive free credits; paid plans add credits every billing period; credit packs add credits once. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and stay on your account while it is open. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans at any time in the billing portal (Account → Billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply in your country.
5. Refunds
If you are charged by mistake or a purchase does not work as described, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with your order number. We refund credit packs whose credits have not been used, and the first payment of a subscription if no credits from it were used. Other payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Your content and the images you create
You keep your rights in the descriptions and photos you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them (including the likeness of anyone pictured). Between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. Images made on the Free plan may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes; Creator and Studio plans include a license to use your images commercially. If you share an image to the public Inspiration gallery, you allow us to display it there and in promotion of the Service until you make it private.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, content that infringes others' rights, deceptive impersonation of real people, or material designed to mislead (for example fake documents). Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features, models and prices; price changes for subscriptions apply from your next renewal after notice.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Account → Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Sections 6 and 9 survive termination.
