Secondary images

The other image slots can show lifestyle scenes, close-ups, dimensions, infographics and the product in use. This is where text, comparison charts and styled backgrounds belong.

Common reasons images get rejected

  • An off-white background (for example RGB 250) that looks white but fails Amazon's automated check.
  • Text or badges on the main image ("Best seller", "Free shipping").
  • The product too small in the frame, or cropped at the edges.
  • Accessories or props shown that are not part of the purchase.

Recommended setup

Export square 1600×1600 or 2000×2000 JPEGs in sRGB. Use the main slot for the pure-white shot and fill the remaining slots with lifestyle and detail images.
