Payments, plans and subscriptions
Choose a credit pack or plan on Pricing, then complete payment in Stripe Checkout. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed; returning to the site alone is not proof that payment succeeded.

Choose a pack or a recurring plan
A credit pack is a one-time purchase. Plans renew on the selected monthly or yearly cycle. The Pricing page shows the charge, billing interval and credit allowance. The monthly equivalent of a yearly plan is not a monthly charge: review the full annual amount before checkout.
Sign in to the account that should receive the credits before purchasing. Checkout displays the amount and any applicable tax before you confirm payment.
Wait for payment confirmation
After checkout, return to ThumbnailSnap and check your balance and order history. A processing payment may take time to confirm. Do not immediately buy again if the first order is still pending; check its status first.
If a successful payment does not appear in the account, contact [email protected] with your order ID and account email. Do not send a full card number or security code.
Manage renewal and refunds
Use the billing management action in your account or Pricing to open the Stripe customer portal for an active subscription. Review its renewal and cancellation details there. Cancelling renewal does not turn a prior successful payment into a refund.
For unused credit pack refunds and subscription terms, read the Terms of Service and contact support. Automatic failed-generation credit refunds are separate from refunds of money paid at checkout.
